RufffWizard (rufffwizard.com) is operated by Attingham House Ltd("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17229692), registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF. Products & pricing

Prices are shown in the currency for your selected shipping region, converted via Shopify Markets. The currency and total you're actually charged is confirmed at checkout before payment. We try to keep prices and product information accurate, but errors can happen — if we spot a pricing error on your order before it ships, we'll contact you before proceeding.

Every item is made to order (print-on-demand) once you purchase it — nothing is held in stock ahead of time.

Orders & payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of order. Placing an order is an offer to buy — we accept that offer once payment is confirmed and your order is created. Occasionally an order may be cancelled after payment (e.g. a stock or fulfilment issue) — if that happens, you'll be refunded in full.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery estimates and costs are shown at checkout and depend on your address and chosen delivery method. Risk in the goods passes to you once they're delivered to the address you provided.

Returns, exchanges & refunds

Every item is made to order especially for you, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or accidental orders. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos where possible. We'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund in line with your statutory consumer rights. This policy does not affect your legal rights.

Charity events

Some campaigns (e.g. Miles for Tommy's) let you register a public Gran Turismo profile to appear on a community leaderboard. Entry is voluntary and free — see our Privacy Policy for what data that involves. We reserve the right to remove entries that are inaccurate, abusive, or submitted in bad faith.

Intellectual property

The RufffWizard name, logo, and site content belong to us or our licensors. You're welcome to share links to the site, but you may not reproduce, resell, or otherwise use our branding or content without permission.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, submitting false information (e.g. on charity registrations), or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Liability

We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
